CCI Global moves to Kenya’s largest contact center in Tatu City | News

TATU CITY, Kenya, May 13, 2022 / PRNewswire / – CCI Global, the largest international contact center operator in Africa, will move to a purpose-built, modern office in Tatu City, creating over 4,000 jobs for Kenyans.

The CCI facility is being developed by Gateway Real Estate Africa (GREA), a private development company specializing in turnkey construction. Designed specifically for CCI, the five-story skyscraper offers training facilities and a career center for new employees.

CCI has grown rapidly since entering the Kenyan market in 2016, specializing in operating multi-channel outbound, inbound and internet contact centers serving leading international brands, mainly in the mobile, technology, telecommunications and … financial industries.

CCI’s expansion is taking place under an unprecedented demand for a young, highly skilled workforce in Kenya, which has grown to more than 2,000 agents in the last 12 months. The Tatu City facility, which is scheduled for completion in Q4 2023, will double the company’s capacity to over 4,000 places in one location.

The premium office building with five floors and two levels of underground parking will be the focal point of Tatu Central, the business district of Tatu City.
