On May 29, Eric Clapton will play a concert at Freilicht Waldbühne in Berlin. The guitarist at this concert will be supported by the Italian singer and songwriter Zucchero, who is already credited with being the “father of the Italian blues”. Both musicians only appear together at Berlin’s Waldbühne, the next Clapton concerts will again take place without the Zucchero. Another special guest will also be announced on the Waldbühne website.
Admission to the concert begins at 3:30 PM. According to Eventim, the start of the event has been postponed twice. Last month, the latest shift from 6pm to 4:30 pm was announced.
All tickets purchased prior to this change remain valid. So you don’t have to worry if your ticket shows a different time.
Allowed These are only bags or backpacks up to a size of 21.0 cm x 29.7 cm (DIN A4). You can bring seat cushions and blankets. Likewise, each person can take one soft drink with them to the site in a 0.5 liter container at Tetra Park or in a plastic bottle.
Not allowed are bulky items such as suitcases, baskets, helmets, prams, umbrellas, selfie sticks and the like. Food and snacks are also prohibited, as are technical devices such as notebooks, tablets, and recording devices. Only mobile phones are allowed.

If you don’t have a concert ticket yet, you can still get one at short notice: tickets in various price ranges are still available, for both front and back rows. Prices range from 296.65 euros for the best view to 147.15 euros for the place furthest from the stage.
Approach to the forest stage
Waldbühne is located in Olympiapark at: Glockenturmstraße 1, 14053 Berlin.
Parking is limited depending on the location. Paid P07 car park opens three and a half hours before the event starts and closes again up to two hours after the end of the event. This means that no cars should be left in place overnight. The permissible total weight of passenger cars is 2.8 tons.
Disabled parking spaces are available on P08 (next to the bell tower). To use it, you need a disabled person’s pass with a confirmed degree of disability of at least 70% or a car marked as a disabled vehicle. The site can only be reached via Passenheimer Straße.
Access by public transport
Waldbühne recommends traveling by public transport on its website.
The Pichelsberg S-Bahn (city rail) station can be reached via the S-Bahn lines S3 and S9, and from there it takes 10 minutes to Waldbühne. On the underground, take the U2 line to the Olympiastadion underground station. The walk from the stadium is approximately 20 minutes. The M49 or 218 bus lines also run nearby: Ragniter Allee or Scholzplatz to Waldbühne is approximately 15 minutes away.
