Group announces Golden Circle loyalty program redesign and new monthly offers that will bring members even more benefits

Shangri-La Circle is a modern travel and lifestyle platform that goes beyond the traditional hotel loyalty program and offers members more: simplicity, flexibility, privilege, recognition and convenience. Continuing its commitment to improving the quality of guest experience, Shangri-La Circle will launch a new Member Day initiative, “The Sixth Circle”, offering members even more opportunities to enjoy the good life in Shangri-La.

Shangri-La Circle has four membership tiers, including Polaris, a new invite-only tier that offers the highest level of personal privilege. Benefits include unlimited access to Shangri-La facilities around the world – even without an overnight stay – a dedicated Polaris global concierge, Polaris Discovery experiences and a Diamond status gift to share an unforgettable experience with loved ones.

Members also have access to the new Shangri-La Circle app, which they can use to plan a trip, reserve a table or shop at Shangri-La Boutique. The app also allows members to manage their account in one place and choose whether to use cash or points – or a combination of both – for booking.

With the premiere of “Circle the Sixth” in June, Shangri-La Circle offers its members an even more exclusive experience with limited-time monthly offers sixth. New offers will be published on Membership Day on June 6 and will only be available for 48 hours each month, June 6-8 at 9am (Hong Kong time).
