The buy-back will be led by the credit institution in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation and Art. Boards through regulatory technical standards on the terms and conditions applicable to buy-back programs and stabilization measures. Accordingly, a bank cannot acquire more than 25% of the average daily turnover of shares on the stock exchange where a given purchase is made in one day. A solid business policy and extensive experience in the field of renewable energy: this has meant Energiekontor for over 30 years. Founded in Bremerhaven in 1990, the company is one of the pioneers in the industry and is now one of Germany’s leading project developers. The core business ranges from planning and construction to operating wind farms in Germany and abroad, and was expanded to include solar energy in 2010. In addition, Energiekontor runs its own wind and photovoltaic parks with a nominal power of approximately 330 megawatts. Energiekontor AG would also like to play a pioneering role in economic terms and implement the first wind and solar parks as soon as possible in all target markets at market prices, regardless of state subsidies.

In addition to the company’s headquarters in Bremen, Energiekontor has offices in Bremerhaven, Hagen im Bremen, Aachen, Augsburg, Bernau near Berlin, Potsdam, Berlin-Spandau and Hildesheim. The company also has branches in England (Leeds), Scotland (Edinburgh, Glasgow), Portugal (Lisbon), USA (Houston / Texas and Rapid City / South Dakota) and France (Toulouse, Rouen).

A proud record since the company was founded: more than 130 wind farms and 13 solar parks with a total capacity of well over 1 gigawatt. This corresponds to an investment volume of approximately EUR 1.8 billion.

The company was listed on the stock exchange on May 25, 2000. The shares of Energiekontor AG (WKN 531350 / ISIN DE0005313506) are listed on the General Standard of the German Stock Exchange in Frankfurt and can be traded on all German stock exchanges.
