Weekly forecast: Stock exchanges are trying to stabilize | News

After large price losses the previous day, stock markets tried to stabilize on Friday. On the Great Expiry date, futures and options on indices and individual stocks were expiring in the futures markets, often leading to increased volatility. Following interest rate hikes by many central banks this week, stock markets saw prices drop sharply again during the week.

Despite the global upward trend in interest rates, the Japanese central bank is sticking to a very loose monetary policy. Its short-term interest rates will remain at minus 0.1 percent, the Bank of Japan announced on Friday as part of its interest rate decision. It is also said that the yield on 10-year government bonds is being held at around zero percent, and buying Treasury bonds and stocks is set to continue.

Resistance tokens: 13199/13237/13310/13341/13380/13481/13577/13628/13648

Support Tokens: 13060/13009/12825/12656/12597/12438

The DAX® was also traded today during the trading but it was limited and the leading German index was able to exit the trade with a small daily profit. If this “mini-stabilization” of 13,000 points can be traced in the next trading week and the short-term downtrend line can be overcome, there is an initial recovery potential on the brink of breakout at 13,237 and 13,310-13,341 points. If more buyers dare to re-enter the market on this basis, the 13,481 point gap will be the next target on the agenda.

However, if the downward dynamics remains high, the next sell signal will trigger below 13,009 points. 12,825 points and the cluster support at the level of 12,597 – 12,656 points would be other targets of decline in this case.
