Aurubis is completing the sale of four flat rolling locations to KME

Hamburg, August 1, 2022 – Multi-metal supplier Aurubis sells parts

its division of flat-rolled products (FRP) to KME SE. FROM

The sale was approved by the relevant regulators in May

with effect from July 29, 2022 (the so-called “Closing”).

This means that the location in Zutphen (The Netherlands) and the cutting center in

Birmingham (UK), Dolný Kubín (Slovakia) and Mortara (Italy)
