- Pyronale: First-class fireworks on the Maifeld
Firework enthusiasts will appreciate “Pyronale 2022”. Six teams from around the world light up the skies over Berlin, compete against each other for two days of competition and show 15-minute choreographies. Each of them consists of a compulsory and a voluntary part.

- Berlin Art Week: Exhibitions show the status of art and artists
Originally founded to unite the reluctant forces of the Berlin art scene, the twelfth time of the Berlin Art Week continues to be an occasion to sum up. The center of the week remains the “Positions” art fair at Tempelhof airport, while the big autumn shows begin in the city. Fotohaus C / O Berlin presents a three-part exhibition about queerism in film and photography. Here is an excerpt from the collection of director Sébastien Lifshitz. The second is dedicated to Cindy Sherman, and the third is curated by actress Tildy Swindon.

- Berlin Photography Week: a cultural highlight for photography fans
Trade fairs, exhibition marathons, playgrounds, seminars: Since its inception in 2018, Berlin Photo Week has become a fixed date for professional photographers and amateurs alike. In 2022, we focus on the 75th anniversary of the Magnum photo agency, to which the exhibitions in Reinbeckhallen and the Chaussee 36 room are dedicated.

- Flashlight concert: farewell to summer in the traditional way
After two years of pandemic suspension, the late summer concert of the Berlin band Rumpelstil with a flashlight returns to Waldbühne. The music suitable for children is illuminated by the light of 20,000 pocket lamps, head lamps or bicycle lamps. A classic for families.

The summer edition of the world-famous fashion fair “Fashion Week” on numerous catwalks, exhibitions and events all over the city. International fashion designers as well as university graduates present their collections here. Scene connoisseurs discuss, make presentations or provide exchanges.
- Berlin International Stadium Festival: Athletics has had enough
ISTAF is the oldest athletics event in the world. Almost 200 athletic Olympic champions and world champions from around 45 countries compete here in 16 disciplines. Their performances are broadcast by the media in around 100 countries. Over 40,000 spectators cheered at the Olympic Stadium in Berlin.

- A festival of street art and environmental protection at the Ufa factory
Every first weekend in September, the Ufa factory site becomes a colorful street festival with selected stalls and a diverse cultural program. The assortment of selected stands ensures culinary diversity. There are activities for children in a rural meadow, workshops, cabaret and practical classes for adventurous people of all ages.

- IFA Berlin: Technology that inspires in the long run
